Briana Amaya-Adle, Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Briana has been an integral part of the Peninsula Integrative Medicine team since November 2024. From her first days at the front desk, she quickly became a familiar and trusted face of the PIM administrative team, building strong connections with patients and earning a reputation as someone they could always count on.
As she grew in her role, Briana began transitioning into the position of Lead Patient Care Coordinator in fall 2025. In this role, she supports patients, the administrative team, and providers helping ensure that the patient experience is thoughtful, organized, and seamless from the first interaction through ongoing care. She brings a natural warmth, attentiveness, and ability to anticipate what patients need.
With a background in psychology and years of customer service experience across a variety of fields, Briana brings a thoughtful and patient-centered perspective to her work. She especially enjoys connecting with patients, helping them feel comfortable and supported, and making what can sometimes feel like a complicated healthcare experience feel easier to navigate.
Briana has a deep appreciation for naturopathic and integrative medicine after seeing firsthand the meaningful difference PIM’s providers make in patients’ lives. Being able to witness those positive changes is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work and continues to inspire her commitment to helping patients receive the care they need.
