Dr. Morgan Schuster has experience treating a wide range of conditions and believes that each person’s story needs to be heard in order to get to the root cause of their health concerns. Dr. Schuster’s approach to medicine is to assess each patient as an individual keeping their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being in mind. She utilizes a combination of conventional therapies including botanical medicine, nutraceuticals (vitamins and minerals), pharmaceuticals, homeopathy, and hydrotherapy (water therapy).
Dr. Schuster received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and honors in counseling from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, and has been practicing in primary care and family medicine for the last several years. Prior to her specialty in family medicine, Dr. Schuster worked in integrated oncology at Swedish Cancer Institute and Northwest Medical Specialties in Washington. Dr. Schuster also has advanced training in women’s health and hormone replacement therapy, gastrointestinal disorders, fertility, autoimmune conditions/rheumatology, mental health, and ayurvedic medicine.
At Peninsula Integrative Medicine, Dr. Schuster will be working closely with Dr. Rebecca Green to provide collaborative care in a team-based approach.
Beyond providing patient care, you can find Dr. Schuster at an exercise class, hiking, camping, salsa dancing, or cooking and creating new gluten-free recipes. She has recently started cross-country skiing, which she is enjoying during the winter.
