Maya Mazin, Intern
Maya has been a PIM Intern since June 2025, bringing her enthusiasm, creativity, and desire to learn to the practice. As a high school student at The Kehillah School, Maya supports the PIM team with a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks while gaining firsthand experience in a professional healthcare environment.
Maya has also taken an active role in helping expand PIM’s digital presence. She creates and shares content across platforms including LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Facebook, helping communicate PIM’s approach to integrative medicine and wellness to a broader audience. One of Maya’s main projects at PIM is PIMPod, a podcast she launched to highlight Peninsula Integrative Providers and the services they offer, as well as host conversations surrounding integrative medicine and wellness.
Maya values the opportunity to learn from the PIM team and to contribute to a practice that takes a whole-person approach to healthcare. Her internship has allowed her to combine her interests in media and healthcare while developing valuable professional skills.

Outside of PIM, Maya enjoys volunteering at various tutoring centers and hospitals in the Bay Area. She also loves baking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones.
