We are delighted to offer naturopathic pediatric care to our youngest patients, from newborns through the teenage years, with Drs. Meghan Kemnec and Tediana Torrens. Whether you need a doctor for well-child visits, acute care for a sick child, or are seeking research-driven natural remedies, your little ones will receive expert and compassionate care at Peninsula Integrative Medicine.

Our office provides a nurturing environment with a focus on disease prevention, collaboration with parents, and education. Our goal is to identify the root causes of illnesses and offer individualized treatment. We involve the child in making decisions about their own care when appropriate, fostering a positive attitude towards healthy habits.

Visits to our naturopathic doctor’s office offer more comprehensive care than a typical pediatric visit. Dr. Kemenc and Dr. Torrens are passionate about involving parents in their child’s care, and creating a treatment plan that realistically fits their needs. They always take the time to explain your child’s diagnosis and the rationale behind the recommended treatment. Each visit typically lasts 45-60 minutes.

Our doctors also take pleasure in assisting parents in navigating their child’s health, including vaccine administration, in a non-judgmental environment. We welcome families on all vaccine schedules into our practice and can help guide vaccine decisions for various schedules.
