Tammy Penarczyk, Billing & Reporting Coordinator
As Billing & Reporting Coordinator at Peninsula Integrative Medicine, Tammy plays a behind-the-scenes role in keeping the practice organized and running smoothly. Since joining the company in February 2023, she has supported the team in a variety of administrative areas, including lab billing, reporting, spreadsheet management, data tracking, and other day-to-day responsibilities. Before transitioning into her current role, Tammy spent time as a Patient Care Coordinator at PIM. This experience gave her valuable insight into the day-to-day flow of the practice, as well as a deeper understanding of patient needs and the importance of creating a positive patient experience.
Tammy brings a diverse professional background to her role, with previous experience in logistics management and programming. Her combination of organizational, analytical, and technical skills allows her to approach her work with both efficiency and attention to detail. Although much of her work takes place behind the scenes, Tammy especially enjoys interacting with patients and helping with their needs. She values being part of a team that is dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized care and making a meaningful difference in the patient experience.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys traveling, paddle boarding, Pilates, and spending time with her little dog. She loves staying active, exploring new places, and making the most of every adventure.
